We have a BIG passion for training motivated people to reach the best shape of their lives. We introduced the state’s first CrossFit workouts and have grown into a community of athletes who train to feel good, improve strength, lose weight, stay active, enhance sports performance, and compete. Our expertise stretches across all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.


Training with us is not only a physical experience but an educational one as well. Our experienced coaching insight and training knowledge are shared freely within our program, and you can also participate using our online blog and free workouts.

FitFlo encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training and flexibility work, all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 6 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the FitFlo system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the FitFlo system offers endless variety while still focusing on producing constant gains.
